TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the Bottega Bianca online store, operated at Brunclíkova 1830/11, Praha 6.

1.3. These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer. All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

2. ORDER AND PURCHASE CONTRACT

2.1. All product listings in our e-shop are for informational purposes only. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the buyer submits the order and it is subsequently confirmed by us via email.

2.2. Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to review and correct all details.

2.3. We offer goods exclusively through our e-shop on the Shopify platform; in-store pickup is not available.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

3.1. All product prices are final (including all taxes and fees).

3.2. Payment options: Online credit card payment (via Shopify Payments secure gateway), bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

3.3. Goods are dispatched after payment is received (in case of bank transfer) or after online payment is approved.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

4.1. We value your interest and aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible, usually within 2–3 business days.

4.2. Delivery is handled by our partner carriers: Zásilkovna, PPL.

4.3. Shipping costs are specified during the checkout process.

4.4. If, due to reasons on the buyer's side, the goods need to be delivered repeatedly or in a different manner than specified in the order, the buyer shall bear the associated costs.

4.5. Upon receiving the package from the carrier, please check that the packaging is intact. Any damage should be reported to the carrier immediately. If the packaging shows signs of unauthorized access, you are not obliged to accept the delivery.

5. WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT (RETURNS)

5.1. As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5.2. Returned goods must be in their original unused condition and undamaged. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics/hygiene goods), goods that have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5.3. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

5.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please send the goods to: Brunclíkova 1830/11, Praha 6, 162 00, Czech Republic. We recommend insuring the package and sending it by tracked mail – unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5.5. If a gift was included with your order, it must be returned along with the goods. The only exception is free perfume samples – you do not need to return those.

6. COMPLAINTS

6.1. Your satisfaction is our priority. If the delivered goods show any defects, you have the right to file a complaint within the statutory period of 24 months.
