Refund policy

 

As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be in their original unused condition and undamaged. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and perfumery), goods that have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please send the goods to: Brunclíkova 1830/11, Praha 6, 162 00, Czech Republic.

 Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If a gift was included with your order, it must be returned along with the goods. The only exception is a free perfume sample – you do not need to return that.
