Brand Story and Creators:
Bastille Paris is a revolution in a bottle. Founded by Sophie Maisant with the vision that customers have the right to know what they are breathing. As one of the first brands in the world, Bastille fully discloses the composition of its fragrances. These are perfumes of 95% natural origin, handcrafted in Grasse.

The Masters Behind It:
Sophie selected a team of progressive perfumers for Bastille, including the phenomenal Anne Flipo.

Personal note from the curator: Anne Flipo's work was close to my heart during my time at Jo Malone London. Her ability to work with natural ingredients and imbue them with modern elegance is unmatched. It was her nose that proved that even a natural perfume can be sophisticated, sexy, and uncompromisingly high quality.
