A Legend Reborn
“Scents that have transcended centuries to tell a story of eternal elegance.”
The brand's story and its creators:
Maison Violet is not just a brand; it is a history of French perfumery that slumbered like Sleeping Beauty for decades. Originally founded in 1827, it served as a court supplier to Empress Eugénie. After a long hiatus, it was brought back to life in 2017 by three young friends and enthusiasts – Victorien Sirot, Paul Richardot, and Anthony Toulemonde. Their vision was to take historical recipes and breathe modern, incredibly sophisticated life into them.
The masters behind the scenes:
The key figure here is perfumer Nathalie Lorson – a living legend in the industry. Nathalie infused Maison Violet with her mastery, ensuring that historical recipes were not just "old-fashioned" but possessed a modern structure and incredible depth. It was she who proved that a fragrance inspired by 1827 can still feel utterly timeless today.
Curator Blanka's voice:
“For me, Maison Violet embodies respect for tradition. It's incredible how these young creators managed to preserve the brand's aristocratic spirit while making it so wearable for today's woman. It's like wearing a precious jewel that doesn't feel heavy – there's lightness and unprecedented quality of raw materials in it.”
